Topic: Gird Up The Loins Of Your Mind
Text: 1Peter1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
The mind is the access point for the spirit to find expression to your life, the place of ideology. It is the soil of humans life that determine harvest. The man is the man(everyman is the product of his thought.)
It is not enough to love unconditionally but to submit our mind to the leadership of Christ; for the level to which a man align mind will determine if truly you will shine though you ate the light of the world and that your light has come. Therefore, conduct of the saved starts with the mind and in the mind Prov23:7
Truly, if a believer must succeed in his spiritual life and truly walk worthy of God, he must start dealing with the loose ends that exist in your minds, correct those parts of your thought that were wrong or tends to become wrong. Get rid of loose and sloppy thinking bring the rational and reflective power of your mind under control to live an effective christian life. Failure to gird the loins of our mind opens our mind up to the viruses that can infect our right standing with God.
The limitations to impacting the world and fulfil purposes in life and destiny is not from God but failure of girding our mind which create in us, inferiority mindset. Therefore, get your mind renewed daily with the word of God that is able to direct Roms12:2, Eph.4:23 and get your life on the right thought Phil.4:8.
Confession: Today, I’m set to live my life for Christ so my life is girded from all evil and vain thought.
